Return Process

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Device
Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
